Yes, within a cap. Under article 164 of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136, a fee agreement may set the fee as a percentage of the value or result of the case, but not more than 25% of it. Agreed fees may not fall below the minimum fee tariff set each year by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.
